The demo version is a non-operative point-and-click feature demonstration. ASTi's Radius device will not operate when using the Demo version, therefore no hardware press-to-talk (PTT) is supported.

The standard version of PC’ver requires any Radius device to function. This removes the need to have a unique license for every target platform. If the Radius is disconnected during normal operation, the software stops functioning. Support is limited to two Question/Response emails.

PC’ver enhanced version requires both a Radius device and a computer-specific license file. The license file is generated based on the target PC's ethernet hardware (MAC) address. If the software detects the proper license file without also having a Radius connected, it will not function. If only the Radius device is detected (improper or no license file found), then the software will still function as the standard version. Two hours of support time are included with the enhanced version via telephone or email.

Our intention behind the demo version is to familiarize you with the functions and capabilities that PC’ver has to offer. If you decide to buy the standard or enhanced version of PC’ver, we'll provide a licensed Radius USB device and commercial headset in the kit.

ASTi's Radio Diagnostic Tool demo software included on the PC’ver CD-ROM is for demonstration purposes only, and will operate fully for 15 minutes at a time. The full version of RDT is not included in the purchase price of any PC’ver software. See www.asti-usa.com for more RDT info and pricing.
