All standard software functionality and bug fixes will be provided free of charge, and will be available for download from this website. Delivery of software updates via CD-ROM will incur additional administrative, shipping and handling fees.

ASTi will provide 30-days’ post-delivery support via email only. Support inquiries must include the customer’s product purchase verification code. This support is limited to two separate events, or one-hour’s time. If multiple quantities are ordered, support hours are cumulative. Additional support beyond the standard two events or one hour will be billed at $150 per hour, pre-paid.

• ASTi will charge a 5% restock fee if an order is cancelled before shipment.
• ASTi will charge a 10% restock fee if a product is returned unused.*
• ASTi will charge a 15% restock fee if a product is returned unpackaged but undamaged.*

*An RMA number is required for all returns; see ASTi’s RMA policy for more information. All return packaging and freight costs are the customer’s responsibility.
