ASTi's PCver product brings an affordable, plug-and-play DIS radio and intercom communications application to the Windows workstation. Built as a new product from the ground up, the PCver system uses USB technology and software to provide simple, intercom and DIS-based radio communications over existing IP network architectures.
The product includes the PCver Windows-based GUI control software. This provides the user with control windows and support for two intercom channels and two simulated radios, or four of each in the enhanced version.
PCver communications are fully interoperable with ASTi's DACS Model Builder and Telestra MBV intercoms and simulated radios.
That's a simulated screen image, and you'll have to supply your own Windows computer and monitor.

You do not get a large glass head when you buy PCver.
Also included is the ASTi Radius module: a compact, in-line device with built in press-to-talk (PTT) switch, and direct connection to the PC USB port. This eliminates the need for PC sound cards, and provides a built-in solution to Press-To-Talk detection. A commercial-grade headset, which connects directly to the Radius unit, is also included in the purchase price.
“The PCver is great. The capability to tune in to someone's radio and walk them through the setup has been invaluable. The [Radio Diagnostic] tool is by far the most useful. The ability to see a snap shot of every radio on the network is a tremendous help. We use both tools daily.”
